此案為臺北市中山區錦州街基地社會住宅。此案位於缺乏開放空間以及公共設施的中山區老舊社區內，因此於都市策略上包含三個面向：
1、創造「都市通廊」強化基地連結性。
2、形塑道路街廓完整性。
3、利用高低差產生「新的地面層廣場」作為停留性較高的都市廣場及休憩空間，供居民及參建單位使用。
透過置入新的機能重塑鄰里關係，整合附近零碎的機能及空間使用，同時創造年輕人與老人的共享生活圈。拉高量體以對應新生高架橋的快速尺度創造公宅自明性，錯落的開放空間將自然光及活動帶入不同樓層，利用垂直及水平的立面系統創造反差的外觀效果。

This is a public housing project on Jinzhou Street in Zhongshan District, Taipei City. The site is located
in the old community of Zhongshan district, which lacks public space and facilities. Therefore, we
adopted three strategies for this urban project:
1. Create an urban passageway emphasizing connection with the site's surroundings.
2. Integrate the streets and structures at the site.
3. Following the uneven topography of the site, create several public squares where residents will want to linger and rest, and the government can establish public service infrastructure.
The entire neighborhood was reinvented by introducing new space usage and functions that created community activities engaging young people and the elderly. The buildings’ large volumes were elevated so that they correspond to the adjacent Xinsheng Expressway, thus contributing to the identity of this public housing architecture. Moreover, distributed open space brings natural light and a sense of activity to different floors, and a vertical and horizontal façade system was used to create contrast in the building's appearance.
